Landlord Services

Keep the keys to your property protected and safe by making Bob Gutteridge Estate Agents your letting agent.

Years of Experience

Bob Gutteridge have offered a letting service since we opened in 1989 and have always offered up to date advice, although the rental market is an ever changing market with legal updates it is still nice to see all these years on that we still manage properties for clients since we opened all that time ago.

We have a dedicated team with Kate Gutteridge heading up the department who has been part of the business since 1989 and offers experience and knowledge to clients throughout the world.

Over the years we have built up a good rapport with our contractors who offer an efficient service at a reasonable cost that is inspected periodically by our office to ensure the job is done right.

Regulated and Responsible

We are registered with The Property Ombudsman Services.

We are also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) so you can be confident that as well as being experienced, we are also answerable for our actions.
